• Upon arrival, you will be asked то present a negative PCR test less than 72 hours old or a vaccination certificate.

• As the chateau and estate are booked on an exclusive basis, i.e. fully privatised, our guests stay with each other, with family or friends, and must ensure that all members of their party are free of the Covid-19 virus.

• The standards of social distancing and sanitary measures recommended by the authorities in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic are strictly observed: between us, our staff, our catering partners and external suppliers, from the arrival of our guests and during services.

 

• Every bedroom and living area is provided with approved biocidal hydroalcoholic gel.

• The water on our estate comes directly from the water table which supplies the Eau Cristalline bottling plant in the village of Ardenay-sur-Mérize. This water is consumed by more than 45% of the French population. You will not drink cleaner nor purer water from any of the taps at the Château and the Moulin.

• High-contact surfaces are cleaned and disinfected daily with an approved product: stair railings, door handles, switches, remote controls, etc.

​

• During the daily cleaning, the rooms are aired and the surfaces disinfected.

​

• Linen is machine washed at high temperature. 

​

• Dishes are machine washed at high temperature.

​

• No person other than those initially registered for a stay at the estate – couple, family or group – will be authorised to join them without a prior request to the castle's management and the presentation of a PCR test less than 72 hours old or a health pass (within the limit of the accommodation maximum capacity)
